Fall Cake Decorating Class

The theme was fall, and our Senior Center bakers piped buttercream pumpkins on pumpkin spice cupcakes. KitKat chocolates made the perfect stems, and the white ones were finished with a delicious cream cheese topping.

Our Senior Center

More Than Cupcakes

At our Senior Center, a cake decorating class is about more than what ends up on the plate. Classes like this one give our seniors a reason to get out of the house, sit down next to friends old and new, and try something they may never have done before.

Every event is planned with one goal in mind: improving the quality of life of the seniors we serve. Hands-on activities keep minds and hands busy, a shared table builds friendships, and finishing something you made yourself is a confidence boost that lasts well beyond the class.

From creative workshops to holiday celebrations, the Senior Center works to make sure our seniors stay active, connected, and part of everyday life in Sunland Park, because their well-being matters to all of us.
