- Reliable Storage Tanks: Securing funding for a brand new 1-Million Gallon Elevated Water Tank ($13M state/federal investment) and redrilling municipal wells to ensure dependable water pressure.
- Arroyo & Storm Drainage: Progressing major flood control and drainage protections, including the Carlos Aguirre flood control project to keep neighborhood streets safe during heavy rains.
- Quieter Neighborhoods: Completing engineering and planning for the NM 139 South Connector Road to re-route heavy commercial truck traffic completely away from residential Anapra Road.
- Safe School & Residential Routes: Constructing safety and traffic-calming improvements on Monte Cristo Boulevard and designing updated corridor connections.
- Reliable Infrastructure: Rebuilding deteriorated street paving alongside essential underground water and utility line replacements.
- South Youth Community Center: Applying grant and local matching funds ($4.33M total) to build a dedicated community and youth activity hub on McNutt Road.
- Family Food Assistance: Reaching 70% completion on the brand new 4,313 SF Casa de Peregrinos facility to ensure local families have dignified access to food assistance.
- Recreation & Trails: Expanding multi-use outdoor pathways along the Rio Grande corridor for local walking, biking, and family recreation.
- Transparent Public Records: Launching user-friendly online request systems so residents can easily access public records and documents.
- Clear Council Meetings: Installing upgraded audio and camera systems in City Chambers, allowing residents to watch live meetings from home on YouTube and Microsoft Teams.
- One-Stop Payment Center: Consolidating municipal utility, permit, and city service payments into a single, straightforward location for residents.

Military Service: Retired U.S. Army Senior Enlisted Advisor (20+ years) and G-6 Sergeant Major for the 1st Armored Division at Fort Bliss, with multiple combat deployments worldwide.
Law Enforcement: Texas Peace Officer with the El Paso Police Department assigned to the Crisis Intervention Team and Honor Guard Team.
