Why this day matters

This is the fourth phase of rebuilding streets in Anapra. After residents met with the City and Wilson & Company in August, the design changed to keep more room for emergency vehicles. The contract went to Nine Degrees Construction, a Sunland Park company. On the 15th, the people who live on these streets stand next to the people building them.
