The project
Landscape and irrigation only
This project covers what grows and what gets watered at the roundabout and along the corridor. It does not change how the road itself is built. Wilson & Company is the engineer and Greenway Studio is the landscape architect.

Irrigation
Water goes where the plants are, and nowhere else
The irrigation design targets root zones rather than spraying open ground, which keeps water use down in a desert city.
- Irrigation is concentrated within the proposed planting areas
- Equipment is coordinated with utilities and constructed elements
- Water is applied at the plant root zones
- The system includes the required connection and backflow protection
- Final details will reflect field conditions and City coordination

A public meeting was held Thursday, September 3, 2026 at the Multigenerational Building. Everything Wilson & Company and Greenway Studio presented that evening is here, so residents who could not attend see exactly the same material.
