Camino Real Landfill: This landfill is an award winning, environmentally progressive waste disposal facility located in our home of Sunland Park. Almost all of the waste generated in Sunland Park ends up in this landfill. This center includes a waste-to-energy facility that converts the methane gas excreted by the landfill into usable electricity.
