SKILLED MAINTENANCE WORKER (PositionDescription)
Pay Range: $30,000 - $43,000 DOE

The City of Sunland Park is accepting applications for a Skilled Maintenance Worker for the Public Housing Authority.  Primary responsibility is to perform complex tasks, repairs, and maintenance the structures and equipment for the Public Housing Authority Department. Keep housing units in a safe and sanitary condition.
Minimum qualifications: 

  • High School Diploma or GED,
  • Five (5) years’ experience in all areas of property maintenance
  • Valid driver license
  • Must be able to pass a Background Check

MOTOR VEHICLE CLERK 
Base Pay:  $9.97/hr
The City of Sunland Park is now accepting applications for the following position

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. Any combination of education above the high school level, training and/or clerical experience totaling one (1) year.
  2. High School diploma or certificate of successful completion of the General Educational Development (GED) test.
  3. 18 years of age proved by Birth Certificate or other acceptable legal documentation as proof of age.
  4. Citizenship in the United States or alien work status documents pursuant to the Federal Immigration laws is required.
  5. Ability to establish effective work relationships with associates and the public; to understand, follow and instruct subordinates regarding oral and written instructions.
  6. Bilingual proficiency in the English and Spanish languages is desirable.
